Upload necessary documents to your specific Broker Management System to ensure file is compliant with all Broker forms required for closing and commission demands.
Confirm with Escrow that HOA documents are ordered within 3 days of acceptance. Upload full HOA package into Broker Management System.
Track inspections and collect all reports, including Receipts for Reports and/or Inspection Waiver Form.
